We had a lovely fall trip to Eagle River, enjoying the beautiful waterfront location and cozy atmosphere despite some drawbacks. While the dining experience was excellent with generous portion sizes, the breakfast could use improvement. My stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. The condition of the place was less than ideal, with musty rooms and a lack of cleanliness that made it hard to enjoy my stay. While the staff attempted to be helpful, the room's amenities left much to be desired. The location was decent, being near local attractions, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the uncomfortable experience. It felt like I paid way too much for what I got.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort spa, which boasts a gorgeous waterfront location. The atmosphere is very inviting, and the staff really went out of their way to accommodate us.
